JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support our Advertising and Marketing Consultants. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is absolutely essential.

Director of Advertising

EXPECTATIONS

• Identify prospects through lists, provided software tools and independent research
• Utilize telephone, email, social media, etc. to introduce Trib Total Media solutions
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Work with the Director of Advertising to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are included.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and ensure our Advertising and Marketing Consultants are prepared for their appointments.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
• Skilled at identifying and overcoming objections
• Able to identify key decision makers and set solid appointments.
• A proven track record of strong client relationships.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams).
• Experience with CRM software preferred.

POSITION DETAILS

• Part-time 25 hours per week
• Work from home role
• Successful candidate does not need to live in Pittsburgh
• Computer, phone and necessary software provided
• Hourly rate is $15 – $20 per hour depending on experience
• $50 per confirmed appointment bonus
