The Manager of Customer Administration role is to oversee the operations of the Customer Administrative Department. The core function of this role will be to oversee the department’s day-to-day functions as well as supervise and support the Customer Administration team. The position will provide leadership and guidance to the department to effectively carry out operational plans and objectives. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable working independently, communicate well, be very organized, flexible, and conscientious in your work. The diversity of this role means that you will be involved in many aspects of the company. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position reports to the Senior Customer Administration Manager. This position will be expected to work in-office in our Dublin, Ohio headquarters.
