We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in our Commercial division in State College. This position will perform various maintenance tasks for our commercial tenants. Rate – $20 – $23 per hour, dependent upon certifications and experience.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Rotating on-call schedule.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance and light repairs at multiple medical facilities.
• HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Customer service.
• Rotating on-call duties.

• Prior maintenance, construction or general handyman repair experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Working cell phone.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable and insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED

Compensation details: 20-23 Hourly Wage
