Job Profile:
Do you have your Bachelor’s in Psych, Social Work or Counseling and or an unrelated Bachelor’s degree with some experience in behavioral health and looking to get experience with co-occurring disorders?
Are you passionate about helping people with substance use and co-occurring disorders?
Do you want to gain experience in a tough, but satisfying job, to help people begin their recovery?
Can you work in an alternative psychiatric facility on a multi-disciplinary team to assist clients learn the skills to live independently?
Do you have experience in a milieu, inpatient or residential setting?
Are you able to work a Swing Split Shift?

Schedule Options (You May Choose Part Time or Full Time within the Respective Shift):
Part-Time up to 30 hrs per week is not eligible for benefits. Full time is 30 hours or more per week is benefit eligible.
Saturday 10pm- Sunday 8am
Sunday 10 pm- Monday 8am
Monday 10 pm- Tuesday 8am
Tuesday 10 pm- Wednesday 8am
Wednesday 10 pm – Thursday 8am
Wednesday 11pm- Thursday 9am
Thursday 10 pm – Friday 8am
Thursday 11pm- Friday 9am
Friday 10 pm- Saturday 8am
Friday 11pm- Saturday 9am
Wednesday 10pm – Saturday 8am
What we need for this job:
Bachelor’s in psychology, Social Work, Counseling OR other Bachelor’s degree and 1 yr of behavioral health experience
QMAP Certification within 90 days from hire
Hard working, jump-in attitude working collaboratively in a client centered approach
Open to learn, engage, and do what it takes to support your clients’ health
Be resilient, have a positive life force, and have strong self-care practices
