Our client, real estate private equity firm in Boston, is seeking a part time Office Assistant on a temporary basis. Responsibilities will include; answering phones, organizing mail and filing documents, ordering inventory, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with special projects as needed. The ideal candidate should have previous related work experience, attention to detail, strong organizational and customer service skills, Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This role is paying up to $20/hour. The schedule compromises from 8:30 -5:00pm on a Monday, Thursday and one flexible day for a total of 24 hours a week.
