Position: Office Clerk / PART-TIME Administrative Assistant

Location: Kilgore, TX 75662

Pay is $15 hourly

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (but could be flexible, 20-25 hours weekly)

TEMPORARY PROJECT for 6 WEEKS

(possibility of turning into a long-term position for the right candidate)

• Use Excel to complete data entry and manage spreadsheets
• Assist with weekly invoicing / GL coding, as well as with filing invoices & related AP items
• Answering the main phone line / greeting visitors (when operations return to normal)
• Ordering of office supplies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of office experience
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products
• Great phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills
• Dependable and a team player
