The Patient Access Lead (Financial Counselor) functions as an integral member of the team and is the first point of contact for all persons inquiring about the provider’s practice. The primary role is to organize the practice’s daily activities and paperwork.
This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 350 W THOMAS RD, Phoenix, AZ .
We offer weeks of paid on the job training. The hours during training is to be discussed.
