The PCG Administration 2 – Analytic Consultant assists in the development and implementation of Client Relationship Group (CRG) initiatives including policy/process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, etc. as well as conducting regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities. Works independently, making tactical recommendations and has some discretion in decision making. Responsible for managing the communication of CRG initiatives to the divisional offices and branches. Produces both on-going as well as ad-hoc reporting, ensuring consistency and timeliness of the product. Conducts research and complex analysis in search of current and best practices as well as opportunities for additional synergies and to maximize efficiencies. Makes recommendations and partners with CRG management to apply findings. Identifies potential issues and opportunities for improvement by using broad knowledge of the Client Relationship Group. Works in a liaison capacity on complex problem resolution with various corporate departments, as well as acts as a national resource for escalation issues. Participates in work groups and committees representing the Client Relationship Group and assists in or leads special projects as directed by the CRG management team.
The PCG Administration 2 – Analytic Consultant works independently or with senior consultants or directly with partners, responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and recommendations. Performs analysis of findings and trends using statistical and/or financial analysis, modeling, process documentation, profitability analysis, customer/demographic analysis, etc.; recommends solutions to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency, quality, compliance, etc. Identifies business requirements and analytical needs; identifies and recommends potential data sources; compiles and mines data from multiple, cross business sources using SQL. Develops specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses and/or data visualizations using Tableau or SalesForce to make recommendations for alternatives. Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies. May provide guidance to less experienced specialists. May partner with technology and/or with other business groups.
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
