We are looking for a Porter with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude to clean, pick up, and otherwise keep things looking beautiful at the 194-unit apartment community of Forestplace Apartment Homes. There are endless amenities at this property! You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings/nightly rentals, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, light bulbs, etc. as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor. Your workdays will be Wednesday to Sunday with office hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The pay rate for this position ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 an hour (DOE).
