Join a team working to ensure every child benefits from a holistic, high-quality early education. As a preschool teacher, you will work with a team of teachers to maximize a child’s first 2,000 days using developmentally appropriate and child-centered teaching practices.
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for working with your teaching team to coordinate a curriculum and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. As a Teacher, you should be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the young learners, and work collaboratively with our Family Resource Center to support parental concerns and family goals.
