Durango Mall Part-time
This position is responsible for directing communication from customers and tenants, correspondence, office organization, reports, equipment and supplies, in addition to providing marketing support by helping to calendar, organize and support promotional events.
The Property Coordinator will also perform duties as assigned by the management team.
This position serves as a communication hub between the corporate office, onsite team, tenants, vendors and public.
*Five years in a similar position including experience with Microsoft Office.
*Strong oral and written communication skills required.
*Must be even-tempered, discrete, proactive and organized.
*Able to communicate with varied people including public, tenants and contractors.
*Reliable and punctual; including reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Position is 20-24 hours weekly, non-seasonal, with occasional varied schedules.
