CAMP FIRE COLUMBIA
Provide direct and indirect maintenance and upkeep for Camp Namanu to ensure that it is safe and that it meets the needs of staff and clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Directly supervises the Assistant Director of Property. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A high level of competence in all facets of facility maintenance, including but not limited to all aspects of carpentry and building, plumbing, electrical, septic, lawn and garden.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Has advanced basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
This position requires a valid Oregon Food Handler’s card, First Aid & CPR certification, and a valid insurable Driver’s License. DHS Oregon Small Water System Operator, and Certified Pool Operator to be completed during employment. Lifeguard is preferred.
Compensation: $58,198-$75,670 per year
