Are you great at interacting with people and cool under pressure? TCI-Morton is looking for a customer-oriented Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. Successful candidates will boast a friendly, can-do attitude; strong communications skills; and solutions-focused outlook to balance a busy switchboard, in-person customer support, point-of-sale transactions, and light administrative duties.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time or move about the dealership to communicate with other TCI personnel or customers. Essential tasks require the ability to talk and hear in face-to-face interactions or via phone with customers, vendors, and business partners, including non-native English speakers, in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must also perform fine motor, hand, and finger skills necessary to use a keyboard, telephone, or writing implement. One must also project a professional appearance wearing required apparel or attire in compliance with company dress code. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in a dealership office environment that has a moderate noise level.
