Virginia Beach, attorney’s office is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

They want someone that is excited to learn, grow, and advance within their business. This is a permanent position

PAY: $10.00+ hr. depending on experience.

SHIFT: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm

Job Duties:

• Answering all calls and sending messages to the appropriate department to handle
• Finding out what account the caller is inquiring about and updating the account information for the caller (address, phone number, email)
• Greeting and taking payments from customers that come into the office (does include taking credit/debit cards)
• Opening and sorting daily mail and package delivery
• Various filing tasks and documentation scanning
• Assisting in preparing court dockets and entering judgments once they are returned from Court

Required Skills:

• Experience working in a professional office setting.
• Good computer skills
• Accurate data entry
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Professional demeanor
• Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) desired, but not required
