The Position: We are looking to hire a full-time or part-time Registered Veterinary Technician (or a recent graduate with plans to pass the VTNE and become a Registered Veterinary Technician).

• The pay range that we are offering is $15.00 to $19.00 an hour. This can be negotiated based on experience.

Schedule:

• Weekdays
• Rotating weekends

Requirements: Associate Degree (required), experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Educate pet owners
• Assist the Veterinarian
• Administer medications
• Take care of hospitalized patients
• Run diagnostics
• CT Scanner
• Xrays
• In-house IDEXX blood machines
• Ultrasound
• Read laboratory samples
• Assist in surgery
• Obtain history
• Provide emergency first aid

Location: We are located in Buckeye Lake, just off of I-70.
