SCHEDULE: Must be willing to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
PAY : Base pay plus commission. Annually, our agents average $47K per year and top performers have even higher earning potential.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This is a dedicated Retail Activations built within the Direct Sales department in order to relieve inbound call volume to the Customer Service Department. The Retail Activations team is a 100% inbound department that is committed to the organizationas values of excellent customer service as well as adding value to each customer with our array of health and safety services. The Retail Activations team receives calls from customers who purchased a GreatCall device at a retail location and are requesting activation of the device. The overall department is a positive and dynamic environment.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Retail Activations Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound retail activations calls, listening to and answering customeras questions, probing for emotional needs and recommending products, accessories and services that are appropriate for each customer. The Retail Activations Representative uses a consultative, needs-based sales process that is focused on making appropriate recommendations for products, rate plans and value added services with full disclosure to the customer and ensuring that the customer has an opportunity to utilize all of the possible services that we provide. The representativeas primary responsibility is to ensure that the customer has a positive experience with GreatCall and will provide excellent customer service through professionalism and enthusiasm for great products and services. The candidate must be able to answer phone calls, create accounts, overcome objections and solve problems. Strong communication skills and being very performance driven will ensure success in this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
aC/ Respond to high volume of inbound calls from retail customers, providing relevant and accurate information on products and services
aC/ Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
aC/ Utilize the consultative, needs-based sales process to make recommendations to the customers
aC/ Present and sell new products and additional value added services
aC/ Maintain performance based on goals and objectives
aC/ Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
aC/ Minimum 6 months of sales experience required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
aC/ Computer skills including typing and prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite
aC/ Ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
