As a customer service specialist you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Greeting clients via all business mediums cheerfully
• Direct client inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Assemble and file various firm reports
• Setting up client appointments
• Assist fellow staff members in any duties
• Providing clients with a “wow” experience
• Contribute to the success of the firm, our clients, and the community

The desired skills, experiences, and values of the ideal candidate are:

• 3+ years of accounting and tax experience;
• Proficiency with computer software
  • MS Word and Excel
  • Accounting CS, QuickBooks
  • Tax preparation software
• Superior client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines

We have two different positions available in our west Michigan market. Hours are based on need but usually will be 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday during the income tax filing season. Wage will be based on experience (averaging between $11-14/hour).
