Senior Account Executive New Build Cox Communities
As a Senior Account Executive New Build & Homeowner Associations Cox Communities , you will influence and collaborate directly with industry partners, including but not limited to Homeowner Associations, property owners/managers/developers, realtors, and business owners to increase revenue generation, market penetration, and drive sales indirectly through negotiated business-to-business contracts.
Cox Communities is the division of Cox that delivers solutions, value, and trust for Homeowner Associations, Multi Dwelling & Single-Family Unit owners, managers, developers, and residents within their communities. The Cox Communities team acts as their client’s trusted advisor by supporting them in reaching their business goals of optimizing rents, occupancy, homeowner satisfaction, and future proofing their properties.

USD 71 600.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $71,800.00 – $107,600.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $38,496.00.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
