Role Description

This is a part-time, fully remote role for an experienced Corporate Associate at highly respected, boutique Florida corporate law firm(link removed) The Corporate Associate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in various corporate, business, international, hospitality and real estate transactions, using top legal technology to assist with day to day contract work, corporate governance, business acquisitions, international transactions. For the right person, this could lead to a long term arrangement, with significant financial business opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD from a Top 50 law school.
• The energy, drive, and desire to work in a busy national and international corporate transactions practice.
• FL bar membership is required;
• Candidate will work directly with partners, be supportive of deals, other attorneys and staff in the firm, and have responsibility for direct management of client transactions.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate, transactional corporate, international, M&A, private equity, or related transactional law, preferably in an AmLaw 100 firm, elite boutique training, or a Fortune 500 company(link removed)>
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in international corporate law or commercial real estate law is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, Thomson Reuters AI tools,
• Experience with legal software preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish required(link removed)>
