We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced corporate strategy and development professional to join our lean, high-impact Strategy team and help drive Arrow’s next phase of growth.
What you’ll be doing:
As Senior Manager, you will report to Managing Director, Global Strategy at Arrow and play a vital role in shaping and advancing Arrow’s corporate strategy and M&A efforts by working closely with senior leadership of various Arrow
businesses as a key member of the Strategy team.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within Arrow and requires a candidate with relevant strategy development or M&A experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$111,900.00 – $200,000.90
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
