Join Cerebral Staffing LLC a full-time SharePoint Administrator for John Deere in Moline, IL. Qualified candidates should have a BA Degree and expertise in Sharepoint Administration to be considered for this position.
HOURS: Full-time, M-F
Position will be a mix of onsite and remote during COVID, then eventually move onsite full time.
Hourly Rate of Pay: $22.75
Duties would include:
Develops, maintains and updates team Sharepoint Site including managing site contents, security and ongoing maintenance. Drafts basic communications and presentations from specific instructions and prepares documents for distribution. Responds to standard inquiries from internal and external customers. Refers complex requests to appropriate staff members. Schedules meetings, coordinates travel arrangements, and maintains appointment calendars on behalf of department managers or supervisors; may coordinate meeting amenities (i.e. refreshments, etc.). Performs analysis of basic or intermediate nature on information received, and researches or resolves discrepancies following prescribed procedures. Complete Order Fulfillment projects as assigned by the team using specific instructions.
Excellent verbal and written communication forms Proficient in creating and administering Sharepoint online websites Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office (minimum of Word, Excel, Powerpoint) plus intranet and internet functions. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Skill in planning and organizing. Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks.
Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and other Microsoft tools. Experience writing, formatting and editing effective business memos and letters for internal and external communication, including creating and editing tables, columns and charts. Secretarial or Administrative Assistant experience. Administrative experience such as scheduling, planning, utilizing office equipment and other such clerical activities.
