The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Strategic Account Relationship Manager Senior for the Annuity Structured Settlements Team with the USAA Life Company. The USAA Life structured settlement team is comprised of an issuance / service team, a quotation support team, and a product management team. Collectively, the teams manage distribution of our structured settlement annuity product through a contracted broker network of over 20 firms / 500+ individuals. The team uses a variety of tools and infrastructure as well as close communication in a supportive / adaptive environment to execute its mission.
This role will be responsible for the retail distribution of USAA’s Annuity, Life and/Health Solutions product through third party distribution firms. This role is responsible for developing, managing, growing and nurturing, relationships between USAA and external strategic accounts. These objectives include sales, onboarding and operational support of strategic partner relationships, ability to identify opportunities for growth, and overall build strong relationship with key strategic partners including internal affiliates.
This position is a hybrid work type and can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; or Tampa, FL. Hybrid roles help employees gain the best of both worlds – collaborating in-person in the office and working from home when needed to achieve focused results.

What we offer:
Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $95,250 – $176,800.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
