As the Strategic Partnerships Leader, you will own the development of a strategic partnerships practice with peer SaaS companies and services that boost productivity for the modern workforce. These partnerships should span individual user products to robust ATS and CRM providers. As the biggest online scheduling platform, we are looking for someone to manage our integration, business and marketing relationships to make Calendly ubiquitous. What are some of the high impact opportunities you’ll tackle? Identify smart technology partnerships to grow Calendly Build and manage a pipeline of integration, marketing and strategic partners Manage relationships with existing partners and nurture new opportunities for deeper integrations Grow Calendly ARR by finding profitable and scalable opportunities. Expand Calendly’s presence in B2B and B2C marketplaces Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and use cases and how they are best used within partner workflows Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships This opportunity is for you if you have/are: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred At least 7 years of experience in strategic sales or business developmentProven examples of successful partner program strategy and execution Proven ability to find strategic partnerships that have led to increase revenue and contracts Proven ability to negotiate and work with high level executives Strong analytical skills (financial, planning, operational) Demonstrated drive to solve problems in a matrix team environment and leading with high energy and a positive attitude Demonstrated success in that role and tangible experience of having expanded and cultivated existing partnerships over time Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
