Responsibilities
Performs technical procedures as ordered by the medical staff. Works with the Manager of Respiratory Care, Cardiopulmonary Services and physician director to plan and deliver cardiopulmonary services to customers. Provides supervision and management support functions for the respiratory care and cardiopulmonary staff.
Qualifications
Experience: Two years experience in a respiratory care or cardiopulmonary profession. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Skills:
Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community.
Demonstrated knowledge of operations, including staffing, scheduling, budget management, workflow planning and staff development.
Ability to manage a broad span of control through implementation of a self-directed team approach.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example.
Basic familiarity with computers preferred.
