Job Responsibilities:

• Provide light to heavy-duty mechanical diagnostics and repair; determine proper solutions
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Produce timely and detailed service paperwork
• Operate vehicles / machinery in a safe manner and use current Information Technology.
• Communicate with management staff

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines
• Michigan DOT Certifications required; Class A license a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Local travel required (Company van and gas card provided)
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record & be drug and alcohol free
