As part of the Company team the Vice President, Human Resources and Office Management will execute, manage and deliver on Company’s core day to day human resource and office activates to support the US team for human resources and directly manage the Marlborough office besides providing the strategic direction to align the talent supply and management for the growth of the US Operations.
The individual’s responsibilities will include defining, leveraging, building and managing key human resources functions, processes and procedures supporting all individuals within the United States, while coordination with our corporate Human Resources team. Including in these activities is the assisting with US Visa process for individuals that will be traveling to the US from India or other countries where a visa is required.
