This person must be technologically adept, have exceptional projectmanagement and communication skills, comfort with logistics, and is highlycollaborative. Critical that they have a proven track record for managingsuccessful webinars and virtual events programs.**Common Essential Duties & Responsibilities**·Lead our webinarand virtual event strategy.·Develop and scaleprogram to increase awareness and engagement of Mobile B2B including thecreation and management of a virtual event calendar+ Coordinate event management and logistics for all webinars and virtual events.+ Create processes and procedures then documenting them for activities related to supporting virtual events.+ Hosting coordination meetings as needed, including managing the virtual meetings features such as screen sharing, recording, polling, breakout rooms, muting, etc.+ Host prep calls with the customer and guest speakers to ensure their audio, video, Internet, etc. meet specifications and advising them on how to optimize their presentation experience.+ Providing post-event support including, attendance reports, edit recordings, etc.+ Proficient with installing, configuring, supporting and troubleshooting audio\visual hardware such as web cams, lighting, microphones, projectors, sound equipment, cabling and connectors.+ Displaying proficient knowledge home Internet and basic network troubleshooting+ Displaying proficient knowledge in understanding the B2B organization and how it relates to specific virtual event platforms+ Build strong working relationship with other divisions (Consumer, Networks, …) to identify areas of cooperation.+ Work with internal creative teams, agencies, and platforms to deliver content.+ Define, develop and create Reporting & Dashboards in support of marketing team members’ projects to measure and report on the success of their programs.+ Plan and manage programs, on time, on budget, to scope.**Skills and Qualifications**+ 5+ years of experience managing virtual events and webinars.+ Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating schedules.+ Track record of driving and piloting new ideas, measuring the impact and iterating+ Examples of virtual events that successfully grew an audience and delivered on engagement metrics+ Ability to manage and influence across highly cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, PR, social and marketing+ 4+ years of experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems+ 3+ years of experience with Event Management and Webinar applications+ Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills+ Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders+ Works well independently and as part of team+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills+ Adapts well to a fast-paced environment**About Aerotek:**We know that a company’s success starts with its employees.
