Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a leading property management company to fill their open Accounts Payable Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 4 years of recent, relevant experience.
This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $29.00 and $32.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
-Processing full-cycle AP: scanning, uploading, entering, and batching invoices; issuing payments
-Weekly check runs
-Reconciling vendor statements
-Providing excellent customer service to vendors
-Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
-Processing refunds
-Processing expense reports
-Preparing credit applications
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 4 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience with Yardi preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent analytical skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $29.00 and $32.00
