Job Summary
We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide key assistance to administrative functions of a corporate business office, payroll, accounts payable, bookkeeping, human resources, and filing. In addition, provide quality services in executive assistance including but not limited to, supporting company executives with miscellaneous projects, calendar management, scheduling, report generation, filing, and reception. The qualified individual must be highly organized and possess the skills to effectively provide support functions in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Input of various data entry including weekly sales, daily sales, daily deposits, etc.
Process and maintain employee records and other documents
Use Excel spreadsheets
Navigate QuickBooks for employee records, payroll, and accounts payable
Upkeep of stores inventory purchases and end of the period inventories
Storage and filing of store records and documents
Answer telephone calls, and take messages
