J ob Requirements:

• Valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification REQUIRED
• Must be willing to work in Webster or Penfield, NY
• Availability to work day shift, 9am-5pm or 9am-6pm
• Weekday and weekend availability preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
