POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations reports to the Executive Director of Admission and works closely with the Admissions, Financial Aid, and Communications departments to achieve the university’s enrollment goals. This role plays a key part in developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven enrollment strategies through CRM architecture, communication workflows, and systems integration.
The assistant director is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving workflows and systems operations for the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. As the primary administrator of Slate, this role serves as both a technical and strategic lead, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and alignment between enrollment goals, marketing initiatives, and CRM functionality.

Occasional work may be performed independently with the ability to work remotely from time to time. This position requires regular collaboration and communication with colleagues and departments across the university.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
This position requires attention to detail, good memory, ability to work under deadline pressure, sitting and standing for long periods of time, oral and written communication, keyboarding for significant portions of the workday, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, patience, and tact to perform the essential functions.
LOCATION
Hybrid: remote with 2-3 days a week on-campus, and as needed for events
