Job Summary

STAFF CORP. is seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and capable of assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and communication between warehouse staff and supervisors. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a team setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet productivity and attendance expectations

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility
• May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on production needs
