Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
• Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
• Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create a positive team environment focused on excellence.

Skills

• Proven experience in inventory control and management within a kitchen setting.
