This Client Support Sales Associate role involves working directly with business clients, answering questions, and driving sales in a clear and professional manner. As a Client Support Sales Associate, you will play a key role in increasing sales by helping clients understand AT&T services and guiding them through the sales process. Our Client Support Sales Associate team focuses on building trust while consistently achieving sales results. We prioritize quality and consistency in every interaction. Each Client Support Sales Associate is expected to deliver accurate information, maintain strong communication, and contribute to overall sales growth. Responsibilities of a Client Support Sales Associate: Engage in face-to-face sales interactions with business clients to promote AT&T services and complete sales Provide clear and professional support as a Client Support Sales Associate while driving sales outcomes Answer client questions and explain service options to increase sales opportunities Assist with account setup, service updates, and ongoing sales support Work with the Client Support Sales Associate team to meet and exceed sales goals Maintain a professional customer experience that supports long-term sales and client retention Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Customer service or sales experience preferred Strong communication skills Ability to succeed as a Client Support Sales Associate Our company provides training so every Client Support Sales Associate can develop strong sales abilities, improve performance, and grow into a successful Sales Associate within our AT&T campaign.
