Top NJ Boutique law firm has an immediate remote opportunity to represent clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience navigating commercial litigation procedures, providing strong legal counsel and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in court. This position demands a diligent litigator capable of managing cases from inception through resolution with a strategic and analytical approach. Firm would consider a part-time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each case
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and legal options
• Manage case timelines and coordinate with remote teams
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply relevant laws and precedents

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar
• Active admission to the New York Bar
