The Commercial Maintenance Agreement Administrator (MAA) owns the accuracy, profitability, and renewal of ENCON’s commercial maintenance agreement book. This is a centralized back-office role serving all commercial branches. The MAA is the system of record for commercial agreements in ServiceTitan, manages the renewal cycle end to end, and leads the migration of older Legacy contracts onto the current service tier structure (Basic, Preventive, Predictive, & Predictive Plus). The role does not sell or close net-new agreements or quote replacement work; closing new customer agreements sit with the MSR and replacement quoting with the Account Manager. The MAA’s job is to make sure every agreement on the books is documented correctly, priced to margin, renewed on time, and positioned on the right tier.
Reporting and Scope
Reports to the Manager of service management team. Works closely with branch Service Managers, CRMs, Dispatchers, Account Managers, and Maintenance Techs. Supports all commercial branches and locations from a centralized seat in Stratford office.

ServiceTitan (agreement system of record and field operations). DST and ThermaClear (proprietary diagnostic tools tied to the Predictive tiers). Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for renewal and migration tracking.

Compensation Structure
Hourly back-office operations role, approximately $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience. No sales commission. New-agreement sales and replacement quoting sit with the Account Manager, keeping the two roles cleanly separated.
