BRADSHAW AUTOMOTIVE is seeking a CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE for our growing Service Department. Our ideal candidate will have experience in sales and/or customer service. Call center experience is a plus. As the Customer Care Representative, you will be handling appointments for inbound calls as well as outgoing calls to existing customers. This is NOT a telemarketer position. Our representatives are responsible for engaging customers, building relationships, and ultimately helping them with their vehicle service options. This position is paid an hourly rate plus commission on a bi-weekly basis.
