Atlas Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our reputable client in the manufacturing industry. This is a full time, permanent position in Liberty Lake, with plenty of opportunity for advancement. If you are looking for a long-term career role, then please give us a call!

Job Summary : Responsible for providing technical support to customers, processing customer purchase orders and quotations while providing a best in class customer experience.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare the necessary documentation for the order entry process
• Review customer requirements in order to recommend specific delivery options and product solutions
• Receive and process sales orders and m onitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and enter customer quotes ensuring accuracy of information
• Coordinate and lead special projects
• Continued customer follow-up post sale to ensure best in class experience
• Act as liaison between the customer, engineering, estimating, and production groups
• Resolve all customer complaints in an expeditious manner using Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving tools and techniques
• Process product Return Authorizations
• Provide customers with technical assistance related to product “design for manufacturing” in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
• Prepare charts, graphs, and other aids for internal and external customers
• Ensure compliance with Quality/ISO procedures as well as company and department policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• BS in Business; Engineering; or other related field; or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications
• Good math skills (including trigonometry)
• Proficiently skilled in using computer software tools, ie. Microsoft Office
• Customer service, engineering, and sheet metal manufacturing related background preferred

Wage: $42,000 – $48,000

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am – 4pm
