Customer Service Representative

Location: Austin, Texas (In-Office Only)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No weekends
Pay: $650 per week base + commission

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make outbound calls to customers to assist with our programs
• Log activity and manage interactions in a user-friendly CRM
• Deliver excellent customer support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, confident communicators who enjoy helping people
• Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to bring and use your own computer on-site for daily work
