Mynaric USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mynaric AG (HQ Germany), is the leading supplier of laser communication products for communication networks, with a specific focus on space, aviation, and terrestrial applications for commercial and government customers globally. Our business is rapidly expanding, and we require motivated Customer Support Integration engineers to closely coordinate with our business development and sales teams to help us capture new business.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Integration engineer who is a self-starter with the ability to build solid working relationships with management and staff across the organization. The Customer Support Integration engineer will be a vital component supporting sales and business development activities and will lead the technical implementation of Mynaric’s Laser Communication products and value-added solutions.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround, team-based work environment and have the ability to handle multiple projects – supporting customers with a high level of skill, utilizing a wide range of engineering knowledge and a good technology base. Individuals who currently hold an active U.S. Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the Secret Level or is preferred.
Based in Hawthorne, California, we are expanding our team with key strategic hires, to help focus on our go-to-market objectives in the U.S. Our key markets range from the space/satellite market represented by constellations of various sizes to ground-to-air and air-to-air Laser Communication platforms.
