Day Program Professional Position Description
Department: Operations Location: Various locations Reports To: Care Team Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Company Summary: Beacon is a successful and national behavioral health company providing residential-based services and supports to children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, Autism, and high-acuity behaviors. All activities related to this position must be delivered in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, accreditation standards, state and federal licensing requirements, HCBS guidelines, and the contractual requirements of Community Mental Health Agencies and other regulatory bodies. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
