We are the District in the Western Territory and we provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Farmers clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for sales.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and attending community events to promote services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the sales administration system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in retail or outside sales environments.
• Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
• Proficient in analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
