ENTRY LEVEL WAREHOUSE FULL TIME DAY SHIFT $19.00-$20.50/HR (DOE)

GLISS Staffing (temp agency) is hiring for machine operators, shipping & receiving, and general warehouse positions in Tualatin, Wilsonville, and Canby. These are full-time, physical roles in warehouse and light to heavy manufacturing environments, with temp-to-hire opportunities for the right candidates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (experience preferred)
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
• Use RF scanners for inventory and tracking
• Use hand and power tools as needed
• Read and measure using a tape measure (accurate to 1/16″)
• Perform general material handling and labor tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

PAY & SCHEDULE:

• $19.00-$20.50/hr (DOE)
• Monday-Friday
• Day Shift (start times vary by site)
• Overtime and occasional weekends may be required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Lumber and concrete industry experience is a plus
• Mechanically inclined candidates are highly valued
• Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs consistently
• Must be able to stand for full shifts
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable transportation required
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
