Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Escrow OfficerAssistnat to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate with realtors, loan officers, underwriters, and other professionals to assist clients with the closing process in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry and assist our closing team
• Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions
• Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
• Prepare and deliver closing documents to clients and staff
• Perform administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience closing escrow transactions is preferred
• Understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow process
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software
