Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Human Resources Manager with 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, onboarding, and multi-state employment compliance. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, manage new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws across multiple jurisdictions, and provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Schedule: Full-Time, 36 Hours per Week (Four-Day Work Week – Monday through Thursday, Fridays Off) In office 3 days per week, must leave commuting distance to Cumberland Foreside, ME.
