HVAC Account Manager – Commercial HVAC Service

Dallas, Texas Full-Time

A commercial and industrial HVAC service business in Dallas, part of a growing multi-state HVAC and building services platform. This seat owns and grows existing customer relationships: more service projects, more maintenance agreements, and customers who stay.

What you will actually do

• Be the trusted point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial HVAC customers.

• Learn each customer’s facilities, equipment, service history, and goals well enough to recommend what they need before they ask.

• Find growth inside your accounts: service projects, preventive maintenance agreements, repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

• Run customer meetings, site visits, and account reviews.

• Build, present, negotiate, and close proposals.

• Work with service managers, technicians, estimators, and operations to deliver what you sell.

• Resolve concerns fast, follow up relentlessly, and keep your pipeline current in the CRM.

What you need to have done

• 3+ years of sales, account management, or customer relationship work, preferably in HVAC, mechanical services, construction, or facilities.

• A record of growing revenue inside existing accounts. Be ready to show us the numbers.

• Experience selling HVAC service projects or maintenance agreements is preferred. Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is preferred.

• The ability to turn a technical problem into a business case a facility leader will approve.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills, and the discipline to manage many accounts at once.

• Comfort with a CRM and a valid driver’s license.
