Part-Time Leasing Agent – Luxury Apartment Community

We are seeking a friendly, polished, and energetic Part-Time Leasing Agent to join a beautiful Class A luxury apartment community with approximately 230 units.

This well-maintained conventional community offers residents an upscale living experience with excellent amenities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, and not being stuck to a desk!

Leasing Schedule

This is a part-time position working approximately three days per week, including:

• Friday
• Saturday
• One additional weekday

Some flexibility may be helpful based on property needs.

Part-time Leasing Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide professional, welcoming customer service
• Conduct property and apartment tours
• Highlight the community’s apartments, amenities, and lifestyle
• Respond to phone, email, internet, and walk-in leasing inquiries
• Follow up with prospective residents and help move leads through the leasing process
• Assist with rental applications, leasing paperwork, and move-in preparation
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
• Assist current residents with general questions and requests
• Help keep the leasing office, clubhouse, model, and tour areas professional and welcoming
• Support the property management team with general leasing and administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Experience in sales, hospitality, hotels, customer service, or luxury retail may also be considered
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury community
• Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays consistently
