Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school education preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
Location: Fenton, MO.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Shift: 1st shift – 5am-3pm Monday thru Thursday
2nd shift – 2pm-12am Monday thru Thursday
Remote: No. On-site in Fenton, MO
Salary: Commensurate with experience: $65K+, plus benefits.

Relocation: Not offered.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment, CNC machinery, automated systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This position performs preventive and predictive maintenance, responds to equipment breakdowns, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and assists with facility maintenance projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and automation troubleshooting skills within a manufacturing environment.

This position operates in a manufacturing environment and is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, machine noise, temperature variations, and industrial equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
