At Eye Clinic of Wisconsin, our Patient Services Representatives are often the first point of contact for our patients. In this important role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience while ensuring patient visits run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do As a Patient Services Representative, you will:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner
• Register patients and accurately update demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations as needed
• Collect copayments and process patient payments
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous medical office, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred but not required
