The Opportunity
You will step into a pivotal, high-impact leadership role running all field operations for premium residential design-build projects. As a Project Foreman, you are the crucial link between our design team, field staff, trade partners, and the client. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will directly execute master-level carpentry while driving jobsite efficiency, controlling project costs, and maintaining our signature “no-surprises” process. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy without microwavable oversight, supported by a structured management team that respects your work-life balance.
